The exercise regime is specially designed for each individual under the supervision of our highly experienced personal trainers.
A growing collection of recent research has shown strong positive correlation between meditation and stress reduction. From a psychological perspective, mindfulness meditation is an effective intervention in stress management.
Our meditation program is designed as the fundamental discipline of brain fitness. It benefits participants through the changes of brain frequency and function. The frequency of deep meditation will allow each individual a “brain rest”for relaxation and stress reduction. Spending a few minutes in meditation cannot only restore the participant’s calm and inner peace, but it also enhances coordination and symmetry between the right and left hemispheres of the brain.
Our cognitive training program is designed in various forms to help sharpen the participant’s problem-solving skills, thinking process, mnemonics, and calculation speed. Since it has been found that the brain can keep adapting and developing new abilities throughout a lifetime, we believe that with good cognitive reserve the chances of having dementia would be reduced over the course of one’s lifetime.
Sleep Quality Improvement
